A Letter To All

To all living souls:

In this world of chaos yet infinite beauty, may you always put yourself first. Not for any self-centered reason, but in order to best be of service to others, as we were born to do.

For it is only when we love ourselves and lift ourselves that we can lift others. 

So in all that you do, may you trust yourself to make the right choices and forgive yourself for any mistakes you’ve made along the way. We’re all human after all and we, far too often then not, allow our minds to be our worst enemy. So let go of that false image of perfection and recognize that all life is movement and every day is a learning opportunity. 

Instead of thinking about the long road ahead to reach your dreams, focus on the small steps you can take, this week, today and in this moment. And along the way, don’t be afraid to ask for help, for all of us experience this incredible mystery called life together. 

Aim your attention at what you can control and nothing else. Find a stillness and calm in the process of falling in love with yourself, falling in love with becoming the best version of you in the way only you know how. 

And remember that lifting yourself doesn’t all happen at once. It is a dynamic process that has no end. But with patience, an action-oriented mindset and respect to your own journey, you are capable of more than you know.

Remember that everything you think, everything you say and everything you do leaves an imprint on so many others. So focus on being someone that makes you happy. For when we get to a place where we are completely ourselves, we make everyone else feel safe to be completely themselves, too. This is how we all can contribute to the happiness of others and this is how we can live a Welle Lifestyle.

So go on... and recognize the beauty in all living beings and in doing so you will recognize the beauty that is you. The rest will follow.
